FAQ
Straight answers, before you ask.
The questions clients ask most about this service. Anything else? Ask us directly.
What do we actually get at the end of an engagement?
A working document your team can execute: a current-state assessment of your systems, a modernization plan sequenced by dependency and risk, and budget estimates for each phase. It is written to be handed to whoever does the work, us or your own staff, and we support the rollout either way.
Do we have to commit to a big project up front?
No. Every engagement starts with a free consultation. From there you get a customized plan with defined scope and cost, and there is no obligation until you approve it. Many clients start with a single assessment and decide the rest from what it finds.
Are your recommendations tied to selling us hardware or licenses?
No. We do not resell hardware and we do not carry sales quotas, so the roadmap is built on what your operations need, not what a vendor needs to move this quarter. Where new tools are warranted, you get options with the trade-offs stated plainly.
