FAQ
Straight answers, before you ask.
The questions clients ask most about this service. Anything else? Ask us directly.
How much downtime should we expect during a migration?
Very little, and none that surprises you. Cutovers are sequenced and scheduled around your operations, usually outside working hours, with validation before each step and a rollback path if something does not check out. You know the window in advance and what happens during it.
We already use Microsoft 365. What would you actually manage?
The parts that quietly go wrong: licensing that no longer matches how you work, accounts that outlive employees, security defaults that were never tightened. We handle user lifecycle, MFA and conditional access baselines, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration, and backup of the data Microsoft does not protect for you.
How do we know our backups will actually restore?
Because we test them. Backups run automatically with offsite copies, and recovery is exercised on a schedule rather than assumed. Retention is set to match your operational and compliance needs, so what you must keep is kept and what you must purge is purged.
